SERVICE AREAS: KARACHI

We deliver Monday to Sunday across Karachi.

Delivery Time:

•  99 Minute Delivery: Available for orders within 10 km of our branches, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
•  Same Day Delivery: Available for locations beyond 10 km, with an 8:00 PM order cut off.
  
  Delivery Charges:
• Free Delivery on orders over 10000 PKR
• Delivery charge of 100 PKR on orders over 5000 PKR.
• A delivery charge of 200 PKR applies to orders below 5000 PKR.

NON-SERVICE AREAS: KARACHI

ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR OTHER CITIES:

• Currently, we are not offering Cash on Delivery services outside Karachi.
• Only online payments are accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Delivery in cities other than Karachi shall be considered as delivery in Non-Delivery areas.
• For all Non-Delivery areas, Dawa Healthcare is partnering with a third-party logistics provider to provide its services to customers.
• Glass items, Injections, and fridge items cannot be delivered in cities other than Karachi.

Delivery Time:

Delivery will be attempted in 3-5 working days

Delivery Charges:

1. Orders weighing 0.5kg or less: Rs. 450
2. Orders weighing more than 0.5kg: Rs. 200 per additional kg
