What services do you offer?

Dawa Healthcare offers a wide range of services including Clinic, Lab, and Pharmacy. We are dedicated to provide top-notch medical care by making convenience access to affordable medications, lab testing and consultancy, our goal is to ensure the well-being of our community.

What is the d/f between generic or brand?

Generic medicines are the cheaper version of brand medicines with same active ingredients. The main d/f between two are the name and price.

What is generic Substitution? And how are we executing our idea?

We have established a software where when you enter prescribed branded medicines the comparison window pops up showing two different windows to the patient one with the reasonable alternate brands of that medicines and the other with locally manufactured brands of that medicines. We let our patient decide which option they want to opt for.

What payment method do you accept?

You can pay online through your debit or credit card. You can also pay cash on delivery. Card On Delivery Option is also available only in Karachi.

How long does shipping take?

We offer same day delivery of all orders placed before 4pm. If a certain product is out of stock, we try to arrange the same for you, which may take time., or it will delay your order.

What is your return policy?

Disposable/Refrigerated/Loose items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Item will be Refunded/Exchanged within 72 hours of purchase. No claim will be entertained without original receipt.
