INDICATION

Frisium Tab is a benzodiazepine medication used for the management of anxiety disorders and as adjunctive therapy in epilepsy. It is indicated for short-term relief of severe, disabling anxiety in adults who have not adequately responded to other treatments, as well as for sleep disturbances associated with anxiety. MECHANISM OF ACTION

Clobazam is a 1,5-benzodiazepine that enhances the activity of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain. By binding to the GABA-A receptor complex, it increases chloride ion influx into neurons, reducing neuronal excitability and producing anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, and sedative effects.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
