INDICATION

Fleet 75mg Tab is an antiplatelet medication used to prevent harmful blood clots in patients at high risk of cardiovascular events. It is indicated for the prevention of heart attacks and strokes in patients with acute coronary syndrome, peripheral artery disease, a history of recent myocardial infarction, or ischemic stroke. Fleet 75mg is also used alongside aspirin after coronary stent placement to prevent stent thrombosis and in patients with unstable angina to reduce the risk of further cardiac complications. MECHANISM OF ACTION

Clopidogrel is a prodrug metabolized by the CYP2C19 enzyme to its active form.
