INDICATION

MECHANISM OF ACTION

Same herbal blend as Actalin Syrup Honey with the addition of mint-derived compounds. Menthol from the mint flavoring activates TRPM8 cold-sensitive receptors in the nasal and respiratory mucosa, creating a cooling sensation that reduces the perception of nasal congestion and throat irritation without physically opening airways. The herbal antitussive components reduce cough frequency by modulating the cough reflex, while expectorant herbs promote mucus secretion thinning and facilitate expectoration. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

•      Adults: 2 teaspoons (10ml) three times daily

•      Children 5 to 12 years: 1 teaspoon (5ml) three times daily
