Delivery Time:

• Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 8 PM in service areas.
  

Delivery Charges:

• Free delivery on orders over 5000 PKR.
• A delivery charge of 149 PKR applies to orders below 5000 PKR.

ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR OTHER CITIES:

• Currently, we are not offering Cash on Delivery services outside Karachi.
• Only online payments are accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Delivery in cities other than Karachi shall be considered as delivery in Non-Delivery areas.
• For all Non-Delivery areas, Dawa Healthcare is partnering with a third-party logistics provider to provide its services to customers.
• Glass items, Injections, and fridge items cannot be delivered in cities other than Karachi.

Delivery will be attempted in 3-5 working days

Delivery Charges(Non-service areas & outside Karachi)

1. Orders weighing 0.5 KG or less: Rs. 300
2. Orders weighing more than 0.5 kg: Rs. 150 per additional KG
