We are available from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Time:

• We strive to deliver as quickly as possible.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5 P.M.
  

Delivery Charges:

• Free delivery on orders over 2500 PKR.
• A delivery charge of 200 PKR applies to orders below 2500 PKR.

• A 4% Government Tax applies on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders made through third-party logistics. This includes non-service area and out-of-city deliveries.

ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR OTHER CITIES:

• Currently, we are not offering Cash on Delivery services outside Karachi.
• Only online payments are accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Delivery in cities other than Karachi shall be considered as delivery in Non-Delivery areas.
• For all Non-Delivery areas, Dawa Healthcare is partnering with a third-party logistics provider to provide its services to customers.
• Glass items, Injections, and fridge items cannot be delivered in cities other than Karachi.

Delivery Time:

Delivery will be attempted in 3-5 working days

Delivery Charges:

1. Orders weighing 0.5kg or less: Rs. 300
2. Orders weighing more than 0.5kg: Rs. 100 per additional kg
3. 50% online payment
4. 50% Cash on delivery
