INDICATION
Voniza 20mg Tab 28s is indicated for the management of acid-related disorders, including GERD, erosive esophagitis, gastric ulcers, and duodenal ulcers. MECHANISM OF ACTION

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

● Ulcer therapy: 20mg once daily for 6–8 weeks
● H. pylori regimen: 20mg twice daily with antibiotics for 7–14 days
SIDE EFFECTS
Common: Headache, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, flatulence
Less common: Constipation, dizziness, elevated liver enzymes, rash
NOT RECOMMENDED IN
Not recommended in patients with hypersensitivity to vonoprazan. Use cautiously in hepatic impairment and in patients requiring prolonged therapy due to risks associated with chronic acid suppression. Not advised during pregnancy and lactation unless clearly necessary.
DRUG INTERACTIONS
May reduce absorption of drugs dependent on acidic pH and may interact with CYP3A4-modulating medications. Careful monitoring is required when used with drugs with narrow therapeutic margins.
